The workshop is designed for anyone who wants to bring more playfulness, ease, joy of life, and curiosity into their lives.

In the workshop, we will play with the state of consciousness from which we act and expand our range of responses to the changing reality.

On one hand, we will base ourselves on the "Language of the Moment" according to Alona Peretz (whom I studied with for 8 years) — an improvisational language using voice, movement, and words. On the other hand, we will draw from clowning techniques I have learned from the best teachers and discovered myself as a creator clown since 2008.

Clowning is a state of consciousness where love and playfulness are present with everything that is.

Improvisation is responding in tune with the changing reality.

Two qualities that are so important in these times.
