About Roman Koifman - Serious Less
I was born for the first time in 1978, but in 2006, when I entered the world of performance, I was born again.
The pregnancy and birth were difficult. The contractions pressed mercilessly, yet I jumped headfirst into the water, or rather, into the fire.

I started my path as a fire artist in the streets of Europe. In retrospect, it was worth every moment!

After about 9 months of birth, there is no randomness in the world :), I began to feel that something was missing. It took me a while to realize that I was missing a direct connection with the audience. So, I still lived in the illusion that I had to hold some kind of "pose" of an artist. An inner intuition, in its mysterious power, drew me to clowning.

After a number of embarrassing attempts in the streets of Europe...

I realized that clowning is a broad world, and I'll need advice to navigate it.
This is where
the real fun began!
From 2008 until now, there hasn't been a single year in which I didn't learn something related to the field in countless frameworks (annual courses, workshops, acting schools, etc.).
At the same time, I performed at a variety of events, in the street, at festivals, in private homes, in community centers, in cultural halls, in schools, and in public gardens. From north to south. Here is a small taste, and the hand is still outstretched.
